Subject to contractual and other legal obligations, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to our

disclose your personal information for marketing or promotional purposes please send an email to
security@theprizzm.com. Please note that your request may take three to four weeks to implement.
We are legally bound to inform you that withdrawing your consent may preclude us from providing

Prizzm Entertainments have organizational, physical and technological measures in place to ensure
commercially-reasonable protection against the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information
under our control. We review our security practices on a regular basis.
1. We do not want your booking or event to get cancelled out of unforeseen circumstances and incidents; but in any such cases Prizzm Entertainments will refund the entire amount if the cancellation is done before 30 days and up to 50 per cent if cancellation is done before 15 days.
2. If cancellation is done in between 1-14 days before the event, we won’t be able make any refunds. We will try for some amicable settlement but we urge our esteemed customers to do the cancellation before the prescribed duration as above.
